Transferring Listings to Dalton Wade



 

Transferring a listing from your previous brokerage to DW:
-Listing transfer form - downloaded from your current board
-Seller signature - acknowledging their listing is being transferred to Dalton Wade
-Previous broker signature
-Your signature – listing agent
-New broker signature - Phil
*When all signatures are obtained – send completed form to your board so they can transfer your listing in MLS.

 

NOTE:  Some boards charge a transfer fee which will be notated on the transfer form.  Fees are to be paid by the agent.

 

Setting up Loop for Signatures:
-Login to your Dotloop account and click on “Add Loop”
-Type the address and click “Continue” (it is recommended to use “Transfer” (example:  Transfer – 1234 Main St., Tampa, FL)
-Select “New Agent MLS Transfer”

-Skip through “Add Photo” & click “Done”
-Click “View Loop” – the “Transfer Files” folder will auto-populate (see below)


-Click on “ADD DOCUMENT” then “Browse” to upload your listing transfer as well as the listing documents & addenda.

Please Note:  Phil allows agents to add/edit their listings in MLS.

If you are transferring a pending contract please ensure the co-broker, title & lender are notified!
