Switching Your Plan at Dalton Wade

Dalton Wade gives agents the flexibility to choose the plan that best fits their business needs. If you’d like to switch from your current plan to a different one, you can do so easily by filling out our online form.

Available Plans

  • Business Builder Plan – $129/month + $79 per transaction (includes leads)

  • No Monthly Fee Plan – $0/month + $390 per transaction (includes leads)

Please note, our Starter Plan – $79/month + $79 per transaction (no leads included) is no longer available as of January 2026. If you are currently on this plan, you have been godfathered in and it will not affect your status. However, if you make any additional plan changes, you will not be able to return to the $79/$79 plan in the future.

Important Notes Before Switching

  • Current Dalton Wade Agents Only: This form is only for agents already with the brokerage. If you are new, please complete the full sign-up form here.

  • Pending Deals or Active Listings: If you have any pending transactions or active listings, the transaction fee that applied at the time the contract went under agreement will still apply.

    • Example: If you are on the No Monthly Fee Plan and a deal went under contract on September 1st, you will still owe the $390 fee for that deal—even if you switch to the Business Builder on September 2nd.


Billing Details

  • Business Builder Plan: Your new monthly billing will begin the day you switch plans.

  • No Monthly Fee Plan: It may take 1–2 business days for your current subscription to be removed. Please plan accordingly. 


What to Expect After Submitting the Form

  1. Processing Time: Your new plan will take effect within 1 business day of submission.

  2. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after your plan switch is complete.
