1. Call the county for info guidance. Some counties have a web site that allows the public to look up the address and a designation in the public record.  Advise

2. Request repair/warranty information

3. Call the applicable repair company 

4. Call their insurance provider.

How to find the blank Sinkhole Disclosure - SD-1 in Dotloop:

 

  1. Go to your Initial Docs folder
  2. Click add document (to the right of the folder name)
  3. Click templates
  4. Scroll the down the list of folders on the left to Common Addenda
  5. Click Common Addenda
  6. Scroll to form named: Sinkhole Disclosure - SD-1 
  7. Click the checkbox next to the form name
  8. Click copy
