Setting Up the Property Management Loop

When a lease is signed and you are managing the property:
  1. Create a new loop in Dotloop.
    • Name example: Prop Mgmt – 7890 Gator Ln., Trinity, FL
  2. Choose the Rental: Property Management template.
  3. Upload and complete:
    • Property Management Agreement (signed by landlord/owner)
    • The signed lease
    • All required addenda


Fees
  • Annual Property Management Fee: $79 (charged on first CDA per property each year).
  • Administrative Fee: $20 per property, added monthly.
