Reinstalling the PrimeStreet App: Guide for Agents

If you need to reinstall the PrimeStreet app on your mobile device, follow the steps below based on your device type.

For iPhone Users:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.

  2. Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select Purchased.

    • If you see My Purchases, tap on it.

  4. Locate the PrimeStreet app in your purchased apps list.

  5. Tap the cloud download icon next to the PrimeStreet app to reinstall it.

  6. Once installed, open the app and select Already a Member.

  7. Log in using your phone number and password.

    • If you forgot your password, tap Forgot Password. A temporary password will be emailed to you.

    • Use the temporary password to log in and then create a new password when prompted.

For Android Users:

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.

  2. Use the search bar to type PrimeStreet.

  3. Tap on the PrimeStreet app icon.

  4. Select Install to download and install the app.

  5. Open the app and tap Already a Member.

  6. Enter your phone number and proceed to the next page.

  7. Log in using your password.

    • If you forgot your password, tap Forgot Password. A temporary password will be emailed to you.

    • Use the temporary password to log in and then create a new password when prompted.

Once reinstalled and logged in, you should be able to resume using the PrimeStreet app without any issues.
