The owners waiver of MLS entry can be found in dotloop or it can be downloaded from your stellar MLS. Either way, it will need to be filled out, signed by you the owner and Phil and uploaded to the MLS. Here's how to locate it in dotloop.

 

How to locate Temporary Exclusion-Stellar MLS or Office Exclusion-Stellar MLS in Dotloop and add it to your loop?

 

    1. Go to your Listing docs folder
    2. Then add document (the right of the folder name)
    3. Then templates
    4. Then MLS Forms
    5. Form is named Temporary Exclusion-Stellar MLS (typically used for a delay)  or

Office Exclusion-Stellar MLS (typically used when a buyer has already been found by the seller)

        1. Login to Stellar
        2. Got to
        3. Click Owner(s) Exclusion
        4. Click “submit Exclusion Form
