The OpCity (ReadyConnect Concierge) Lead Program is being permanently retired at the end of November 2026.
Realtor.com has been gradually discontinuing the ReadyConnect Concierge program across markets nationwide, with the entire program scheduled to end on November 30, 2026.
Dalton Wade stopped enrolling new agents into OpCity in July 2026, and the program is no longer available as a new lead generation opportunity.
Important: No new agents are being accepted into the program, including agents transferring to Dalton Wade from another brokerage where they previously participated in OpCity.
Agents who previously accepted OpCity referrals may still have outstanding referral fee obligations after the program ends.
Program Retirement: OpCity (ReadyConnect Concierge) will be fully discontinued at the end of November 2026.
New Enrollment: No new agents can enroll in the program.
Transferring Agents: Agents transferring from another brokerage cannot transfer their OpCity participation to Dalton Wade or enroll through Dalton Wade.
Existing Participants: Agents with active OpCity accounts should follow any final instructions provided directly by Realtor.com regarding program access and remaining referrals.
Existing Referrals: Previously accepted leads may still be subject to referral fees under the original agreement.
No.
If you are joining Dalton Wade from another brokerage where you participated in OpCity, you cannot transfer your existing participation into Dalton Wade's program.
Because Realtor.com is retiring ReadyConnect Concierge, new enrollment is no longer available, including for agents who previously participated through another brokerage.
If you have outstanding referrals from your previous brokerage, review your existing agreement and contact Realtor.com or your former brokerage to determine how those referrals and related obligations must be handled.
The retirement of OpCity does not automatically eliminate referral fees associated with previously accepted leads.
Under the existing OpCity referral agreement:
Referral fees apply to qualifying transactions resulting from accepted OpCity leads.
Referral obligations may remain in effect for up to 24 months (two years) from the original lead assignment date.
A qualifying transaction may still require a referral fee even if it closes after November 30, 2026.
Agents should review their individual agreements to confirm applicable referral terms.
Example:
If an agent accepted an OpCity referral on September 15, 2026, a qualifying transaction involving that lead may remain subject to the referral agreement through September 15, 2028.
Agents should not assume that outstanding referral obligations expire when the program closes.
If you previously accepted OpCity referrals:
Continue following up with existing clients as appropriate.
Maintain accurate contact information and transaction notes.
Review your original referral agreement and any notices from Realtor.com.
Follow any final account or referral management instructions provided by Realtor.com.
Identify applicable referral fees before closing.
Coordinate with Dalton Wade Support regarding commission processing and referral documentation.
Important: Previously accepted referrals may continue to create payment obligations after the platform is retired.
