Multiple Offer Form To Seller

Dalton Wade strongly recommends sharing this form with the seller.  Multiple Offers are very common in a sellers’ market and the information provided is relevant.

This form may be used to inform the seller(s) of potential options in the event the seller(s) receives more than one offer on the property. This form could be given to the seller(s) at the time the listing is taken or at the time the seller(s) has actually received multiple offers.

In multiple offer situation you should also provide information to buyer.  Dalton Wade recommends using the Notice of Multiple Offers to Buyers (NMOB-1), also found in common addenda as described below. 

How to find the blank Multiple Offer Form To Seller (FAR MODS-1)in Dotloop:

 

  1. Go to your Initial Docs folder
  2. Click add document (to the right of the folder name)
  3. Click templates
  4. Scroll the down the list of folders on the left to Common Addenda
  5. Click Common Addenda
  6. Scroll to form named: Multiple Offer Form To Seller (FAR MODS-1)
  7. Click the checkbox next to the form name
  8. Click copy
