Loop Templates: Apartment Referral-Invoice
For each transaction we need a
loop with a Dalton Wade loop template.  The transaction type/loop used
when a complex pays off of an invoice in exchange for an agent bringing them
into the complex is an "Apartment Referral Invoice".  They are
much more common in South Florida than they are in the Tampa Bay area, but
the.  Here are the steps:
 
1. Log into dotloop
2. Click Add Loop
3. Name your loop (address works best)
4 Click continue
5. Choose the template named "Apartment Referral-Invoice"
 
It is a super easy loop.  It has:
 
1. The invoice for you to fill and provide.  Add Phil as Broker 1 and it will automatically assign the signature block to him.
2. DW W-9. The complex should ask you for it.
