Florida - Rental Escrow Account Deposit Information

Instructions

1. Capture a photo of the check(s).
2. Visit the nearest Chase Bank.
3. Complete a deposit slip with DW account details.
4. On the deposit receipt (displaying acct. #, date & amount), write the property address after the deposit.
5. Upload both check photos to your loop.
6. Distribute receipts to the renter and landlord (form available in the loop).
7. Email accounting@daltonwade.com with deposit details (address and amount).

Important Note: This information is confidential. Do not share it with the tenant for deposit instructions. Handling the deposit is your responsibility.
