These leads often register to view home photos on DaltonWade.com, and while some may not have requested agent assistance yet, nurturing these leads can lead to successful closings. Some leads are auto-transferred, while others require a quick claim. Act promptly, and the lead will be transferred to your Boomtown.

Lastly, make it a priority to contact the lead as soon as possible. Utilize calling, texting, emailing, and setting up follow-ups and property searches—all conveniently managed through Boomtown.
