Incoming Referral Loop Set Up - Dotloop



Incoming referral from another broker/referral company:
*You are receiving a referral from another agent/broker. Dalton Wade will pay a referral fee to the other broker upon closing.

When referred client lists their home or is under contract with you - set up the loop accordingly.

-Click “ADD LOOP” – type the address

-Select “Listing For Sale”, “Residential – Buyer Side” or Developer “New Home” for new construction.

-Skip photo & click “View Loop

Once loop is open:

-Scroll to the “People” section

-Click on “Add Person” and add the pertinent person’s (seller/buyer, list agent/buyer agent (if you are either be sure to add your “Role”) name, email & role.  This will information will autofill to your forms for signing. Note: each signer must have their own email.

– Add the signed Referral Agreement (signed by Phil & referring broker/company & referring broker/company’s W-9 to the “MID TRANSACTION DOCS” folder.  Note:  DW needs the W-9 for tax purposes and 1099 processing.

Once the pertinent people are added:

-Open documents to autofill the contracts, forms & addenda for signatures & initials.

Send the completed documents for signature & initials:

-Click on “SAVE & SHARE”. If you are not ready to send – click on “SAVE” so you can send for signatures/initials when ready.

-Dotloop will automatically select the person(s) signing & initialing.

-Click “SHARE” – your document will state “Waiting On Others” & once signed will state “Signed”.

When folder is complete & all documents, including the DW required documents are signed you can submit the folder for review to the Compliance Team.  Note: Please ensure you read the notes sent by Compliance if your folder status is changed to “WARNING” or “RETURNED TO AGENT”.  VERY IMPORTANT: These are folder statuses you must take action on to ensure your CDA is processed timely!
