Keeping your BoldTrail profile up to date ensures that your contact information, headshot, and professional details are accurate and visible to clients and colleagues. Follow the steps below to update your profile:
Log In
Navigate to crm.daltonwade.com and log in using your email and password credentials.
Access Your Profile
Click on your profile or headshot icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select "My Profile".
Edit Your Profile
On the My Profile page, locate the blue "Edit Profile" button at the top of the screen.
Click on the Edit Profile button (featuring a pencil icon) to enable editing.
Update Your Information
You can modify various sections of your profile, including:
Headshot – Upload a professional photo.
Contact Information – Update your phone number and email.
Designations & Certifications – Showcase your expertise.
Spoken Languages – Add any additional languages you speak.
Social Media Profiles – Link your professional social media accounts.
License Information – Ensure your real estate license details are current.
Save Your Changes
Once you have updated the necessary fields, scroll to the top of the page.
Click the blue "Save" button to apply your changes.
