How to Submit a Support Ticket in the Dalton Wade Agent App

The Dalton Wade Agent App allows agents to submit support requests directly from their phone. You can also search our Knowledge Base from the same screen to quickly find answers to common questions.


Accessing Support

  1. Open the Dalton Wade Agent App.

  2. On the Home screen, tap Support.

From here, you will have two options:

  • Search Knowledge Base articles

  • Submit a support request



Searching for Help Articles

Before submitting a ticket, you can search our Knowledge Base to see if your question has already been answered.

You can either:

  • Click on the Knowledge Base and use the search icon, located on the upper right of your screen to look for articles, or


  • Begin typing your subject line when creating a request.


As you start typing a subject, related articles will automatically appear. This allows you to quickly review possible answers without needing to wait for support.


Submitting a Support Request

If you do not find the answer you need, you can submit a support ticket.

  1. Tap Submit a Request.

  2. Complete the form with the following information:

Name
Your full name.

Email
Your Dalton Wade email address.

Phone Number
A phone number where support can reach you if needed.

Subject Line
Enter a short summary of your issue. Related Knowledge Base articles may appear as you type.

Property / Loop Address
If your question is related to Dotloop or a transaction, please include the property address or loop name.

Classification
Select the category that best describes the issue you are experiencing.

Description
Provide details about your question or issue for the support team.



Attaching Photos or Documents

If you need to include screenshots or documents:

  1. Tap the paperclip (clip) icon located at the top of the screen.

  2. Select the file or image you would like to attach.

Attachments can help the support team resolve your issue more quickly.


Submitting Your Request

Once your request is complete:

  1. Tap the forward arrow located in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Your support request will be sent to the Dalton Wade Support Team.

After submitting your request:

  • You will receive a notification confirming that your ticket was created.

  • You will also receive an email with your support ticket number for reference.

  • A member of the Dalton Wade Support Team will review your request and contact you soon.
