How to Find and Add the Buyer’s Rep Agreement in Dotloop (Texas)
When representing a buyer, you’ll need to include the correct Buyer’s Representation Agreement (sometimes called Buyer/Tenant Rep Agreement) in your Dotloop loop. Follow the steps below to locate and add the agreement.
Step 1: Open Your Loop

Log in to Dotloop.

Open the loop for your transaction (for example, 1–4 Residential).
Step 2: Add the Buyer’s Rep Agreement

In your loop, hover over the Required placeholder where the Buyer’s Rep Agreement should go.

Click Add File.

Choose Templates.

Scroll to the Buyer Disclosures folder.

Select the appropriate Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement for your state.

Click Copy to add it into your loop.
Step 3: Complete and Send

Once the form is in your loop, fill it out as needed.

Send to your client(s) for signature through Dotloop.

Keep the completed and signed agreement in the proper placeholder so your file is compliant.
