Steps to Add or Remove Columns in Your Smart CRM:
Access the Smart CRM:
- Begin by logging into kvCORE by going to https://crm.daltonwade.com/.
- From the left-hand menu, select Smart CRM to open your contact list.
Locate the Columns Option:
- On the top right corner of your Smart CRM screen, you'll see a button labeled Columns. Click on this to display a dropdown menu.

Choose Your Columns:
- In the dropdown menu, you’ll find a list of different information types (e.g., email, phone number, address, etc.) that can be displayed.
- Simply check or uncheck the boxes next to each item to toggle the visibility of those columns.
View the Updated Columns:
- Once you’ve made your selections, your CRM view will automatically update, displaying the new columns with any available data for those contacts.
