Steps to Add or Remove Columns in Your Smart CRM:

  1. Access the Smart CRM:

    • Begin by logging into BoldTrail by going to https://crm.daltonwade.com/.
    • From the left-hand menu, select Contacts to open your contact list.


  2. Locate the Columns Option:

    • On the top right corner of your Smart CRM screen, you'll see a button labeled Columns. Click on this to display a dropdown menu.


  3. Choose Your Columns:

    • In the dropdown menu, you’ll find a list of different information types (e.g., email, phone number, address, etc.) that can be displayed.
