How to Create a Flyer in Paradym for Your Listing

Creating a flyer for your listing in Paradym is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to design and save a professional-looking flyer to promote your property.

Step 1: Log into Paradym

Go to https://www.paradym.com and log in using your credentials.

⚠️ Note: Only agents on the Business Builder or No Monthly Fee plans have access to Paradym. If you’re unsure of your access, reach out to support

Step 2: Go to Settings

  • Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

  • From the dropdown, select "Settings."

Step 3: Select the Flyer Option

  • On the left-hand menu, look under the “Tour” heading.

  • Click on the “Flyer” button to begin creating your flyer.

Step 4: Customize Your Flyer

  • Choose your flyer design and color scheme to match your branding or the style of your listing.

Step 5: Preview Your Flyer

  • Click “Preview” to see how your flyer will look before finalizing it.

Step 6: Save Your Flyer

  • Once you’re happy with the design, press “Save” to finish.

Step 7: Go to "My Tours"

  • Click your name again in the top right corner.

  • This time, select “My Tours.”

Step 8: Select Your Listing Tour

  • Click on the tour for your active listing.

📌 Note: Your MLS listings should connect to Paradym automatically.
If they don’t appear, email cheryl@daltonwade.com with the MLS ID(s) for your current listings so we can sync them for you.

Step 9: Find the Flyer Builder

  • Scroll down the tour page until you see the “Marketing” section.

  • Look for the “Flyer Builder” under this header and click to open.

Step 10: Add Content

  • Enter your text and upload photos to customize your flyer.

  • You can also change the template and colors again from this screen if needed.

Step 11: Save Again

  • Press “Save” after making your edits.

Step 12: Download Your Flyer

  • After saving, scroll back to the Flyer Builder section.

  • Click “Download” to save the flyer to your computer.
