Gain Access to BoldTrail Account

BoldTrail is an essential tool for managing your leads, clients, and overall real estate business. As a Dalton Wade agent, you’ll be using BoldTrail CRM to handle many of your daily tasks, so it’s important to know how to access your account. This is a FREE resource provided to every agent.

Logging into BoldTrail

  • Access the CRM: To log into your BoldTrail account, visit crm.daltonwade.com.
  • Username: Your username will be the email address you used when you signed up with Dalton Wade.
  • Password: You should have received an email from our support team with your initial password when you joined. This email contains all the information needed to access your BoldTrail account for the first time.

Forgot Your Password?

  • Resetting Your Password: If you didn’t see the support email or if you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry. Simply click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Follow the prompts to recreate your password and regain access to your account.
  • Reset With Welcome Email: In addition to the support email with your temporarily password, you may receive a Welcome Email directly from BoldTrail support to set up your password that way.
