Exemption Request Form for Required Documents in Dotloop

Occasionally, there may be a valid reason why a required file cannot be provided. In these situations, you can submit an Exemption Request in Dotloop.


How to Access and Complete the Exemption Request

  1. Open your loop and click Add Document.

  2. Select Templates.

  3. Open the Dalton Wade Custom Forms folder.

  4. Locate the Exemption Request Form.

  5. Check the box next to it and click Copy to Loop.

  6. Open the form, fill it out completely, then Save and close the document.

  7. Drag and drop the completed exemption request onto the required placeholder you are exempting.

  8. Submit your loop for review.


✅ Once completed, your exemption request will be reviewed in place of the missing file.
