What is Dual Affiliation?
Dalton Wade’s Policy:
We do not permit dual affiliation for agents in the same state where Dalton Wade operates. If you are affiliated with Dalton Wade, you cannot be affiliated with another brokerage in that same state.
The Exception:
The only exception is if you are licensed in another state where Dalton Wade is not currently operating.
Example:
✅ Allowed: You have a Texas license (Dalton Wade) and a New Mexico license (another brokerage). Since Dalton Wade is not in New Mexico, dual affiliation is permitted.
❌ Not Allowed: You have a Texas license and want to be affiliated with Dalton Wade and another Texas brokerage at the same time.
