Dotloop – Change/Update Your Loop Name

 **It is highly recommended you add the address to your loop (especially for referrals). It is okay to start your loop with your client names and then add then the address to your loop once your clients are under contract.

Checks that are mailed to the Dalton Wade office are recorded by the check #, amount, date received & address.  The majority of checks received will have an address referenced on them.  Once the check is recorded & deposited, Accounting will match the check to the loop address for payment to the agent. If your loop is missing the address, Accounting has no way of knowing who the check belongs to.  Please ensure you add the address to your loop following the steps below:

To change/update your loop name:


This will take you to the transaction screen:


Click on the loop name again & type the address in front of or after the client name (your preference):


Click “Save” at the bottom right:


Click “Back to Loop” and you will see your loop name has been updated:
