Dotloop – Grouping Documents to Send One Packet for Signing

How to group and send listing documents in Dotloop and/or contract documents together to send to your client as one packet for signing:

 

·        -  Open your loop.

·     - Go to the “People” section and add your client information – role (seller/buyer), name, & email.   Note: Your client’s must have separate emails – they cannot share an email.

·    - Ensure applicable addenda (HOA, Condo Rider, Housing for Older Persons, etc.) are in the folder.

·     - Ensure the mandatory/required brokerage documents are in the folder.

·     - Order the documents by which document you want your client to see first by clicking on the file name, holding the mouse key down & dragging the file in the order your client will sign, let go
  of the mouse. (See example below). 

·     - Check the box next to the file name:

·        -   Click “Share

·        -   Choose the client(s) name(s) – ensure it states “Can Sign”.

- Click “Share”.

·        -   Documents will be sent as one packet to your client.

·        -   Files will state “Waiting on Others” until your client(s) sign.

·         -  Signed documents will not need to be split as they will come back split when signed
