Welcome to Dalton Wade! Here's a quick guide to what you can expect as you get started with us. We’ve designed this onboarding process to make things smooth and easy — just follow the steps below.
Shortly after signing up, you’ll receive a Welcome Aboard email and text message from Phillip Wade, CEO of Dalton Wade Real Estate Group.
This message will include a link to schedule your orientation session — please make sure to do this as soon as possible so we can get you up and running. You can also use the link below:
Note: Messages may differ slightly depending on whether you’re located in Florida or another state, but the process is the same.
Until you schedule your orientation session, you’ll continue to receive reminder texts, emails and phone calls. Once you’ve booked your session, you’ll be prompted to fill out a short New Agent Checklist form.
This checklist helps us make sure you’re set up for success.

Once completed, this form becomes part of your agent record — and our team uses it to guide you through the next steps.
During your scheduled orientation session:
Your orientation specialist will walk you through our key systems, tools, and resources.
They will go over your submitted checklist and answer any questions you may have.
If anything was left incomplete, they will help you finish it up.
Note: The only difference between the slide decks, is our Florida one includes information about our in-house Title Team, Turner Title.
After you attend orientation, you’ll receive a recap email and text message with helpful links and next steps.
Once orientation is complete, you're officially on your way. Be sure to:
