Complete Agent Onboarding Process

Welcome to Dalton Wade Real Estate Group. Below is an overview of the onboarding process and what to expect as you get started.

Step 1: Schedule Your Orientation

After joining Dalton Wade, your first step is to schedule your orientation session.

Orientation sessions are required for all new agents and will introduce you to the systems, tools, and resources used at Dalton Wade.


Step 2: Complete the New Agent Checklist

After scheduling your orientation, you will be directed to complete the New Agent Checklist.

This checklist collects important information needed to set up your agent profile and ensure your accounts and systems are configured properly.

A copy of the checklist is available on your Dalton Wade Connect dashboard so you can confirm that all onboarding items have been completed.



Step 3: Attend Your Orientation Session

During your orientation, an onboarding specialist will walk you through the core tools and resources used by Dalton Wade agents, including:

  • Brokerage systems and technology

  • Where to access training and resources

  • Key policies and processes

  • How to contact support

The Florida orientation includes additional information about Dalton Wade’s in-house title company, Turner Title.


Step 4: Post-Orientation Follow Up

After attending orientation, you will receive a follow-up email and text message with helpful links and resources referenced during the session.

If there are any remaining onboarding items on your checklist, you can complete them at that time.
