Commercial Lease Loop Set Up - Dotloop



Setting up a Commercial Lease Loop

 

Click “Add Loop

Type the name of the property & click “Next

Select the “Commercial Lease/Tenant” template & click “Done

Click “View Loop

Your screen will look like this:


You will upload the LOI (Letter of Intent), if applicable & other pertinent documents pertaining to the lease.

Upload the executed lease to the “Executed Lease” folder

Your CDA will auto-populate for you to fill out.  Some commercial leases will pay the agent a fee or % when the lease is signed and the balance when the tenant takes possession of the space.  You can add another CDA by clicking on:

- Click “Add Document” to the right of the folder
- Then “Templates
- Scroll to “Commission Disbursements” if you are not already on the folder
- Place a check in the box next to “DW CDA (Lease Side)
- Click “Copy

Once the CDA is added to your folder – you can rename it:
- Click on the 3 dots next to the document name
- Click “Rename” – type the new name – example:  CDA #2 XYZ Property
- Hit the enter key
