Commercial Buyer Loop Set Up



Click “Add Loop

Type loop name - please ensure property address is added

Select “Buy/Lease Side: Commercial” – see below:


Click “Done”- if you do not wish to upload a photo of the property

Click “View Loop” – your loop will look like this:

The template will auto-populate the folders and the required mandatory brokerage documents for you.

Documents that are “grayed out” are placeholders - agents are responsible for uploading the information to the placeholder.

Documents that are “black” are the actual contract, agreement or form.  The “Required” documents must be sent to your client for their initials and signatures.

Add People:
-It is highly recommended you scroll to the people section and add the information for the parties pertinent to this contract.  This also helps you autofill the documents.

Offer Package:
-The Commercial Contract will automatically populate for you.  If you have a signed copy already – you do not need to use this one and can upload your copy and place it on top of the “Commercial Contract”.  When asked if you would like to “replace” the document, click YES. 

You will be unable to submit your folder for review to the Compliance Team if there are any “required” documents missing.
