1. Deposit at any Chase Bank branch near you.
2. Capture a photo of the commission check received from the title company.
3. Fill out the deposit slip with the account # and proceed with the deposit.
4. On the deposit receipt, note the date, deposit amount, and account # ending in 1598; then, capture a photo.
5. Convert the photos into a PDF document or multiple documents. ** Note: Dotloop does not support photo uploads (JPG, GIF, etc.).
6. Upload the PDF document(s) to the Mid Transaction Docs folder.
7. Email miles@daltonwade.com to notify Miles that the deposit has been made.

Important: Do not share commission account information with title companies or tenants for rent deposits. This responsibility lies with you.

** Note: Utilize free apps like Camscanner to automatically convert photos into PDF files.
