How to Add Your MLS ID to BoldTrail

Adding your MLS Agent ID to BoldTrail helps the platform identify your listings and display them correctly under My Listings.

Follow these steps to update your profile.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Dalton Wade BoldTrail Dashboard.

  2. Click your profile photo in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Locate the Agent MLS ID field and enter your MLS ID.

    • If you don't know your MLS ID, use the Lookup My Agent ID option, if available.

  6. Click Save to update your profile.

Important Reminders

  • Make sure you enter your MLS Agent ID, not your real estate license number.

  • Your MLS ID must match the information associated with your MLS membership.

  • If your listings don't appear immediately, allow time for the MLS data to update.
