Adding the Public Record (iMAPP/Realist) to Your Loop

Adding the Public Record (iMAPP/Realist) to Your Loop

There are 2 ways for you to retrieve the Public Record.

1st way – If the property is listed in MLS – open the listing:

Click on the parcel ID next to the “TAX ID”:

The Public Record will display.  Click on the “Print” button to print or save to your PC:

Note:  Some public records are suppressed from public view for certain individuals such as law enforcement, judges, politicians, first responders.  If you cannot retrieve a public record you will add the Exemption Request form to your loop, fill it out and drag it to the placeholder for the Public Record. See “How to Add the Exemption Request Form” for instructions on how to add it to your loop.

2nd way - If the property is not listed in MLS you can print/save a copy to upload to your loop by logging into the county property appraiser website.

In this example I am using the Pasco County property appraiser website:  www.pascopa.com

Click “Records Search”:

Type the last name or enter the address and click “SUBMIT”:

Click on the “Parcel”:

The public record will display:

Right click on the record to print or change the printer box to “Save as PDF” and "SAVE" to save a copy to your PC.  Note: some property appraiser sites will have a print button:
