As of August 17th, 2024 all buyer's agents are required to use a Buyer Brokerage Agreement. For Florida agents the BBA is located in the Florida Interactive Forms folder of the Dotloop templates.
In your loop:
Click "add a document"
Select "templates"
Select "Florida Interactive Forms"
Using the search bar, type "buyer"
You will see all 4 types of BBA available for you. Each represents a different relationship type you can have with the buyer.
You may also need one of the new compensation agreements if the seller/listing broker is offering compensation. These are also located in the Florida Interactive Forms folder of your Dotloop templates, as well as a folder called "new compensation agreements 2024"
In your loop:
Click "add a document"
Select "templates"
Select "Florida Interactive Forms"
Using the search bar type "compensation"
You will see both compensation documents, as well as modification forms for the documents.
There are also pre-touring agreements and showing agreements available to you.
